Eurilait launched a premium new recipe for their Maestrella foodservice range, in November 2016, suitable for all ovens including conveyor ovens in pizza outlets.
The product keeps its integrity without burning over longer periods as it goes through the oven, still giving a golden finish. The Maestrella range now includes an 80/20 product containing 80% creamy and stretchy mozzarella combined with 20% great tasting cheddar, and a delicious 100% mozzarella product
