Eurilait were proud sponsors of the Maestrella Mozzarella Pizza Chef of the Year Competition 2016, held at the inaugural Pizza and Pasta show at Olympia on 10th November. The judging for the awards took place over 5 heats, across the UK, with a wide array of interesting pizza recipes shortlisted, created by chefs from fast food outlets to high end restaurants. The award ceremony took place on the evening of 10th November, Ellie Barrie from Stateside Foods was the category winner for her charcoal base pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto. The award was presented by James Millward, Eurilait MD and celebrity chef Theo Randall.
The team at Eurilait looks forward to working closely with Ellie on projects throughout 2017, showcasing many of their cheese varieties in some of her delicious recipes.News & Awards
