Eurilait attended their first ever Casual Dining Show this year. Held at the ExCel building, in London, the Casual Dining show is the only trade show in the UK which is dedicated to the casual dining industry. Buyers from pub, bar and restaurant groups were in attendance to see new and exciting innovations for 2019.
Eurilait’s new barbecue brand, Al Fresco, was sampled throughout the two day show by hungry, cheese-loving and very intrigued visitors. Two out of the seven products in the Al Fresco range were showcased throughout the show and received lots of positive feedback.
The Al Fresco Cheese Sausages were entered into the innovation award challenge, and out of 51 products, the Sausages won Bronze!
Eurilait had some help from Jean-Philippe Bidart “Le Guest Chef”, who cooked a wide range of dishes using their versatile Paysan Breton Cream Cheese. The recipes include; a cream cheese cake, a cream cheese and Greek yogurt cheesecake, a cream cheese and black olive dip, and a smoked salmon and cream cheese orzo pasta. All of which went down a treat!
