IFE 2017

Eurilait enjoyed another successful trade event at the IFE this March. All involved were delighted to see so many existing and potential customers at the show and to have the opportunity to serve some of the delicious and innovative cheese recipes cooked up by consultant chef Hugh McGivern.

The show also marked the launch of a new product for their popular Merci chef range; a goat cheese brand dedicated to food professionals and created by the famous Soignon Dairy in France. The product is the first paper wrapped 1kg goat cheese log and the benefits include – protection, ease of use, space saving, and reducing packaging waste for the operator.
