Creamy Potato Gratin


• 250g Paysan Breton Crème Fraiche
• 25g Parmesan Cheese
• 1kg of potatoes
• 70cl milk
• 1 garlic clove
• Salt pepper


1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
3. Pour the milk and crème fraiche in a pan, season and add crushed garlic
4. Bring to the boil and add the sliced potatoes. Continue to cook for 10 minutes
5. Pour the contents of the pan into a buttered gratin dish and sprinkle with the grated parmesan
6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown
