Brie, Courgette, and Tomato Tart

Ingredients

• 200g Paysan Breton Brie
• 320g shortcrust pastry
• 3 tomatoes
• 2 courgettes
• 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
• Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C
  2. Line a tart tray with the pastry
  3. In a bowl, combine the basil, garlic, seasoning and oil to create a dressing
  4. Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices
  5. Wash and cut the courgette into thin strips
  6. Cut the brie into thin slices
  7. Alternate layers of vegetables and cheese in the tart case until filled
  8. Drizzle with the dressing
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
