Ingredients
• 8 tablespoons Madame Loik Cream Cheese
• 6 digestive biscuits
• 1 lemon
• 1 lime
• 2 bananas
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 40g flaked almonds
Banana and Lemon Cheesecake
Method
1. Peel the bananas and cut into cubes,
2. Add the juice of one lemon along with the sugar
3. Crush the biscuits and divide between 4 glasses
4. Add the banana mixture to the glasses
5. Add the zest of the lemon and lime to the cream cheese and mix
6. Add to the glasses and garnish with almonds
7. Chill until ready to serve
