Ingredients
• 12 slices parma ham
• 3 x 125 balls Brimi Mozzarella
• ½ tablespoon oregano
• Olive oil
• Salad leaves
• 12 slices parma ham
• 3 x 125 balls Brimi Mozzarella
• ½ tablespoon oregano
• Olive oil
• Salad leaves
1. Cut the mozzarella balls in to quarters
2. Sprinkle with oregano
3. Roll each piece of mozzarella in a slice of parma ham
4. Fry the mozzarella parcels in a little olive oil, turning frequently until lightly browned
5. Serve with salad leaves
