Nutty Honey Crottins


• 2 Soignon Crottins with rinds removed and chopped into approximately 3cm cubes.
• 150g runny honey
• 50g chopped and toasted hazelnuts
• 50g fresh bread crumbs
• Dressed salad leaves


1. Pre-heat oven to 200˚c. Remove the outer rind and chop the crottins into cubes. Arrange on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper
2. Mix the hazelnuts and fresh bread crumbs together
3. Dip each cube in the honey and then in the hazelnut and bread crumb mix and place back onto the baking tray
4. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until the nuts have toasted and the cheese has just started to melt
5. Serve hot with fresh green salad leaves and a light dressing
