Gnocchi Gratin, Goats Cheese and Basil



• 500g Gnocchi
• 150g Merci Chef Spreadable Goats Cheese
• 50g Grated Parmesan
• 10g fresh basil
• Pinch of salt and pepper



1. Preheat oven to 200˚c
2. Boil gnocchi in salted water for 3 minutes, or until gnocchi rise to the surface of the water
3. Chop basil and stir through goats cheese, season well
4. Put gnocchi in a baking dish and add goats cheese mixture
5. Top with grated parmesan and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
