Cheesy Vegetable Lasagne


• 200g Madame Loik Cream Cheese
• 50g Parmesan Cheese
• 75g Paysan Breton Unsalted Butter
• 6 lasagna sheets
• 500g broccoli, cut into florets
• 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
• 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
• 75g flour
• 70cl milk
• Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C
  2. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook broccoli and carrots for 10-15 minutes
  3. Drain the vegetables
  4. Heat a pan with a little oil and sweat the onions
  5. Add the broccoli and carrots and cook 5 minutes
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  7. Add the flour, whisk and cook for 1 minute
  8. Slowly pour the milk, into the flour mixture, beating until smooth sauce.
  9. Add salt and pepper
  10. Alternate layers of vegetables, lasagne sheets, white sauce and Madame Loik Cream Cheese, finishing with a layer of white sauce
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for 35minutes or until golden brown
