Creamy Crab Canapes


• 200g Madame Loik Soft Cheese with Garlic and Herbs
• 100g flaked crab
• 3 drops hot sauce
• Squeeze of lemon
• 24 salted crackers
• A few sprigs of dill or chives


  1. In a bowl, mix the Madame Loik Soft Cheese with the flaked crab
  2. Season with hot sauce and lemon juice and mix
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours
  4. Place a heaped spoonful of the crab mixture on each cracker and garnish with chopped herbs
